Our workshops

The experiential day is held in person on Saturday at Espai Obert in Sabadell, approximately from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. A short online preparation session takes place the previous Friday, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.

Places are limited. Before confirming your registration, we’ll send you a short health questionnaire so we can assess with you whether Holotropic Breathwork is safe in your individual case.

The practice

What is Holotropic Breathwork?

It is a safe and effective method of self-exploration developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof in the 1970s, offering access to non-ordinary states of consciousness.

It combines faster, deeper breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork and non-directive support. The content is different for every person: intense emotions, biographical memories, transcendent experiences, relaxation or a sense of release may arise.

No prior experience or special skill is required. The workshops are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.

The workshop

What happens in a workshop?

The workshop includes one experience as a breather and another as a sitter. Both are part of the overall experience.
